Charlotte Hillyard is a banking lawyer based in Paris. Charlotte’s practice focuses on asset finance transactions, particularly in the aviation sector.

Her experience includes acting for export credit agencies and banks on a wide range of cross border financing and leasing structures, from secured loan facilities, domestic and cross-border aircraft leases, tax-driven leasing and export credit agency-supported financings.

Charlotte graduated from the University of Bristol before completing the GDL and LPC at BPP Law School in London.
